Atlantic City, NJ ☞ attractions/food

Atlantic City, commonly known as AC, is a great place to have a vacation, but only when you're over 21. Although there's a huge shopping center and even a boardwalk filled with other attractions, AC is known for their casino centers. A lot of people relate Atlantic City to Las Vegas because of the atmosphere. There are tons of hotels/motels in the area so it won't be arduous to search for a place to stay.

There are so many different casino areas including Ceasars, Tropicana, and Ballys. The scenery of every building you walk into is unique and it makes you feel as if you're in a different state or even country.

Atlantic City is an ideal place for adults (over 21), however kids can also have some fun through the arcades, shopping centers, and the beach! There's also a boardwalk amusement area right by where kids can enjoy themselves.

They have tons of restaurants for everyones price range. If you want to buy an inexpensive meal Atlantic City has Johnny Rockets, McDonalds, Nathan's Hot Dogs, diners and many more. If you want to splurge on a classy dinner there are great restaurants in the casino centers, beach, and boardwalk.

One of the restaurants my family went to was called The Palm. It was in the Tropicana casino.

My parents ordered two glasses of Fina Malbec red wine, which is not as sweet.

The classic prime steak burger 12 ounce was about $19. The meat was very rich and delicious. It came with a whole bunch of salty fries. The fries weren't crispy or fresh at all. They were very limp and I expected it to be better. However the burger was up to par.

The Atlantic Salmon Fillet was about $40. The seasoning was perfect! I thought this was amazing!

The Crispy Calamari Fritti was scrumptious! The serving size was huge! They gave more than I expected, it was $12.

We also ordered Monday Night Salad which was more of a salsa than a salad. We weren't used to the anchovy taste so we were very surprised. It tasted better with the bread/crackers they served us.

GELATO GELATO GELATO!!!
