✯ ✯ Umami Burger in NYC! ✯ ✯

From California/Florida to New York, the Umami Burger has landed it's restaurant in Greenwich Village. Although In n Out won't be coming here any soon, Umami Burger will have to suffice. The ambiance of the restaurant is very relaxed and chill. They have a full bar and even upstair seating.

Some pictures are taken off Umami Burger's website.

Umami Burger carries a great variety of burgers all hand-made with their Umami Master Sauce mashed in. Stamped with their signature U, their buns are so light and fluffy.

My friend and I decided to share half of our burgers. We got the Manly Burger and the Cali Burger. Apparently the Truffle Burger is the most popular, however we chose these two. The Manly Burger is filled with bacon, cheese, and fried onion strings. This is definitely not the burger to choose if you're trying to watch your calories. This Manly Burger was very rich and a bit salty because of the onions, but it was still incredible.

The next burger was the Cali Burger. It is a more healthier option compared to the Manly Burger. In my opinion, I liked the Cali Burger better! The burger was oozing with juice from the meat. We both got our burgers cooked medium-well and that was the perfect in between from a blood burger and an overly cooked one. Try it out!

Sorry for the horrible quality picture, but these are the manly fries. Their skinny fries dumped with melted cheese, fried onions, and bacon bits. They tasted like regular fries. I thought the serving size was going to be a bit bigger than expected for their price but it was actually awseome because of the sauces they came with it.

I loved the assorted sauces they served with the fries. The first is their own Umami ketchup that kinda tasted like fresh tomatoes and a little bit of pasta sauce. The next is their garlic sauce which is mixed with mayo. The following one is my favorite, their spicy diablo sauce. The last one is their jalopeno ranch sauce.

Usually when I eat meals they leave me extremely full, but Umami Burger left me with a great feeling of satisfaction. Head to Greenwich Village and try them out! I highly recommend them!
