Brooklyn's Smorgasburg!

If you don't live in New York City you're probably wondering what Smorgasburg is.
Smorgasburg is a Brooklyn Flea Food Market where food vendors come every Saturday (11am-6pm) (till Nov. 23/24)  to present their food. There are other locations so if you're near the area check them.

They don't serve the typical hot dog or cheeseburger but food with a twist. There are so many different unique menus including the famous ramen burger, where people wait on lines for over two hours to gobble up. However, I recommend going early to the flea market because the vendors do run out of their yummy food.

This sandwich is from Cemita's Mexican Sandwiches & Tacos. It was decently crowded because of the ten layers of goodness they served for $9. The layers are on the picture above so check them out.

Cemita's also had tacos on their menu! Yet again you can choose the meat and for $3.50 they gave a lot.

TIP- Bring a water bottle so you won't spend money on drinks when you're there

This is the green noodle salad with sesame & ginger dressing. The ingredients are definitely something you won't expect together but it actually tasted good.

One thing I love about Smorgasburg is the scenery. You are right by the water! While you are filling up your stomach with all the amazing food you have a perfect view of the city.

If you walk a block or two there's a flea market that sells clothing and jewelry! It's pretty small and busy in there... crawling with other tourists so make sure you have patience.

Look at their website for additional information including how to get there and what vendors they have!
