✰✰Another outfit!✰✰

Taking pictures without anyone to take them for you or without a camera stand is very difficult.
However, I tried my best.
Here's another look for school!
Lately tying your shirts on your waist has been a new trend. I'm sure people did it years ago, but now more and more people are wearing them. Even celebrities like Miley Cyrus and Kylie Jenner have been sporting this style.

This trend has been featured on several websites such as E! News & AnunaRose. They display more celebs checking out this fad. Click on the links to view!

Back to School Outfits! ☮☮☮

College has begun...meeting new people, experiencing different emotions, and learning new things.
Embarking on a fresh chapter of our lives.
I believe what we wear says a lot about who we are as a person.
If you wear a white tee & jeans, it can mean you're simple/classic or it can also mean you're just lazy.
If you wear a snapback & some crazy kicks, it can mean you're creative/hipster.
If you wear a white blouse & dress shoes, it can mean you're sophisticated/clean.
Personalities can be expressed through fashion.

Maybe one day you feel more hipster and another day you feel grungy, everyday you can depict various looks depending on your mood.

Yesterday was my first day at college and this is what I wore.

I felt like being more rocker yet casual/sophisticated at the same time, if that makes sense. I have on a casual chambraylike sleeveless buttonup (vest) with a simple white tee. The chambray makes it super laid back and loose. Since the top looked like it was missing one thing, I threw on a silver long chain necklace from F21. The necklace had sliver fringe which gave a rocker vibe. I put on my J Crew Navy shorts and some Steve Madden booties with studs. The studs automatically brought out a daring feel to the boots. To keep the look a little sophisticated (for college), I used my navy BCBG Generation satchel.

Next up, my very close friend Ye Jin is sporting a black tee with a cute picture of two leopards. The top portrays a bit of a sassy vibe. She has on high waisted F21 distressed shorts. On top of the shirt is a sheer white blouse that's unbuttoned. To complete her look, she has on a neutral pair of sandals. Her outfit is very casual yet cute!

Mini Back To School Haul! Ft. AE and H&M

As I kept receiving emails from American Eagle about their crazy sale I finally persuaded my mom to go. They have a 40% Off Everything Sale going on right now. However, since I had a rewards card they sent me a 50% off email. From their amazing jeans to their dresses, I couldn't believe the whole store was discounted.
When I walked in the store, I was greeted by one of their employees who was very willing to help us when we were searching for sizes. Actually all the employees were extremely gregarious, asking us if we needed anything. Literally every time I grabbed a new piece of clothing, one of their employees would come up to me insisting on ASSISTING. If I was able to, I would give them a five star rating on how fantastic their service was. (btw it was the Union Square AE)

As the autumn weather slowly falls into New York City, I decided to pick up a jean jacket that everyone should have as a staple in their closet. It's great to just throw on, on a chilly day. Jean jackets can be paired up with many dressy outfits transforming the look into something more casual.

The denim jacket was originally $49.95, but I bought it for only $24.97.

This next item is a sheer, quarter length shirt. It's a very casual, great for lounging around at home. The back of the shirt has a huge American Eagle sign in an ombre pink.

Th shirt was $24.95, but purchased it for only $12.48.

Personally, I love American Eagle jeans. They have many different styles, including jeggings, skinny jeans, boot cuts, and more. Their jeans are a pretty decent quality and very comfortable. I highly recommend them!
I was in desperate need for a new pair of black jeans and I bought these soft, charcoal black jeggings. They fit like a glove, not too tight, giving me leeway to move around.

Next up is this light fleece sweater. This material gathers up around the neck, creating a cowl neck resemblance. It comes with a hood in the back and it's just a nice, simple sweater to put on in the fall.

$44.95, but only $22.47!

Last item from AE was this genuine leather brown belt. It's a classic belt to always have! However, this precise one has a delicate design.

Only $14.75, what a bargain!

I also bought this sheer scarf to spice up a simple outfit. In the fall it's great to put on a scarf to not only give you warmth, but also style. This specific scarf has printed skulls all over it.

Only $10 from H&M!

You wanna go back to school in style!!

That's all for now! BYE:)

My Everyday/Back to School Make-up

My first blog post around May was my everyday make-up routine. This is my updated routine! I've collected a few more items and switched off some products, so here's an update!

When I finish throwing on my desired outfit, I go to my vanity and put on my Aveeno lotion. The first step is to always put on any moisturizer, it's a must! No one wants a dry patch of skin when they put on make-up.

For the summer I purchased Urban Decay's Naked Foundation. The formula is a very liquidity consistency, which helps the foundation glide on and absorb right into the skin. The more you blend, the more it won't look blotchy. Blending is key for foundation. Remember to bring it down to the neck and jawline for a more natural look. I love how UD's Naked Foundation has a great variety of shades! If you don't know your color, there's a new electronic device in Sephora that'll tell you! So don't stress!

Next up is the eyeshadow primer. Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion is one of their world know products. I've been using up the mini travel size one that came with the Naked Palette. A little goes a long way. UD has different shades of the Primer Potions including a more nude color and shimmery gold/pink colors. It really helps bring out the colors of your eyeshadow. Eyeshadow primers also ensures that the eyeshadow won't fade throughout the day. Another fantastic primer is the Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

After the eyeshadow primer is nicely blended, I choose my eyeshadow colors from the Naked One and Basics Palette.
I always like to choose different colors but go for a similar look by always throwing on a darker color in the outer end/crease of the eyelid.
I put on a lighter color all over the lid with the UD brush that came with the palette and go in with the darker shade using a fluffy angle brush from Clinque, blending it all out.

I've repurchased the Kat Von D Tattoo Liquid Eyeliner twice and it's still my favorite. The writing is all faded because I use it daily. I love eye products that are waterproof including this liner. It stays on all day and does NOT crust at all. Lately I've just been using the eyeliner to create a thin line starting from my inner corners and slowly making it thicker towards the end. I usually wing it out, but to save time I've been stuck to a more simple look.

I use the Double Wear Eye Pencil on my top water line and on my bottom water line(only halfway) to define my eyes a bit more. I also use this to make my lashes fuller by coloring it near my lashes.

My lash combo for the moment is Maybelline's Waterproof Falsies Mascara and Benefit's They're Real! Mascara.

I love the Falsies because it lengthens my lashes.

The they're Real! Mascara really thickens my lashes, creating a lot volume to them. This lash combo really does wonders to my limp lashes. My lashes are very short and sparse. With these mascaras, it creates an illusion of longer and thicker lashes.

I've also been recently into drawing on my brows and now I think it's a necessity in any make-up routine. I use this korean eyebrow pencil duo, but you can use anything! This specific duo has a spooly on one end and the brow color on the other end. I simply color in the sparse areas in my brows and draw a more defined arc.

People usually use concealers right after their foundation, but I like using it after I finish my eyes. Incase of any mascara mistakes or eyeshadow fall out, I put on my concealer in the end. My friend gifted me Benefit's Fake Up Concealer, which has a rim of vitamin E/apple seed to hide dark circles It also moisturizes, giving a smooth finish look. According to Sephora's page, apparently it's proven to keep skin hydrated for six hours and won't crease, cake, or settle. I recommend this amazing concealer.

I actually have to buy a new translucent powder or setting powder, but for now I've been using my Physician's Formula Bronze Booster. Since it's darker than my skin color I grab my e.l.f Powder Brush and lightly slide in on my face. Then I use the same brush and with a more heavier hand I put the bronzer on the hollow of my cheeks, bringing it up to my temples.

After my powder is on, I grab my Benfits's Watt's Up Highlighter I got from my Sephora B-Day Gift and glide it on my cheekbones and browbone. Make sure you blend the highlighter or you'll have a blotch of sparkles on your face and that's not pretty.

For lips/blush, I use my mini Benetint. Three drops of Benetint on each of my cheeks then blend with my fingers. It leaves a real natural tint of red on my cheeks.  If I don't use Benetint for my blush, I use any powder blush with my e.l.f Complexion Brush. Benetint is very versatile because not only is it a cheek stain, but also a lip stain. I put it on my lips for a rosy lip color that won't fade.

TA DA! This is my completed everyday/back to school make-up look! It takes me about 20-30 minutes if I really take my time. If I'm in a rush I can do it in about 10-15 minutes.
