Tea Time~

After a depressing day, your friends can always brighten up your mood!
Simply just talking and sipping on tea....
I went over my very close friend, Joanna's house and did exactly that.

If you're wondering what tea this is, it's a rose tea ball. As it's infused with water it gets bigger and bigger.

I'm wearing my Kitson Homies South Central Tee
Levi's Chambray button up
black jeans from F21
and my white converse that are not shown

My make-up was pretty simple! I used the naked palette ofcourse to create my look. Kept it super simple.

My everyday jewelry
Rose Gold Marc Jacobs watch
Tiffany charm bracelet
silver heart ring from a local store

To change up the look when wearing any type of button-up, tie it on your waist!

✿ ✿ TRES CHIC ✿ ✿

When the weather gets colder, layering is key. I remember last year a lot of people wore there blouses/ button ups under their sweaters! It's a great way to bulk up on some layers to keep you warm. It looks really clean cut and cute.
Try it out by mixing up some different colors!

Kimonos/OOTD

For a while now, the trend of kimonos have been up the market. They're light enough to wear in the summer, but also a great layering piece to throw on in the fall.
Black, cream, florals, polkadots, and more; they have been incorporated in many outfits!

I have on a classic black colored kimono from F21 with a plain H&M white shirt. For jewelry I put on my long owl necklace from F21. $15 F21 denim jeans and $17 cream lace sneakers from H&M. Wow, my outfit consists of only F21 and H&M.

Here are some ways celebrities pulled off the style of kimonos!

These two pictures are taken off of yahoo!

Thanks for reading!

Beauty review #2 Ft. Maybelline

Hopped on the bandwagon once again.
With all the rave about this amazing concealer I had to give it a go.

It passed my expectations. This is a must have in your make-up collection.
I didn't expect it, but the texture is really smooth and matte. It leaves your face flawless.
It doesn't feel heavy at all, yet it covers everything!

I remember I used to always pass by this product because of the Age Rewind label. I knew I didn't need any age rewind, so I didn't care about it at all until I saw people on yt talking about it!

Even though you might not need age rewind I still highly recommend this glorious concealer. This is now one of my drugstore staples in my make-up collection.

simple maroon

Sometimes colored jeans can be scary. Don't be intimidated by the colors because it's actually really simple to pick out an outfit! The easiest way to wear these jeans is to think plain. A classic white or black tee can match any colored jeans either it be neon pink or purple or green.

Well anyways, I went with a plain gray sweater from Comme des Garcons because it was a bit chilly. The sweater as you can see has no print except the logo. The top felt way too empty for my taste, therefore I put on my classic Tiffany & Co necklace to fill up the space. I have on my beautiful fall reminding maroon jeans from Zara and my studded Steve Madden booties!

Sweater.
Jeans.
Boots.
Can't get any simpler than that.

Beauty Reviews Ft. Almay and em

Almay's make-up remover!
I was in desperate need of a great eye make-up remover because what I was using before didn't take off all my waterproof liner/mascara. I was looking online and someone recommended Almay's eye make-up remover, so I decided to try it out.
It is definitely not a great EYE make-up remover, but a better face make-up remover.
The label said that it was "gentle" for the eyes, but all it did was sting them when I was taking it off. Even though I gently wiped it on my lids the liquid from the pads would get into my eyes causing a whole mess. My eyes would start to sting every time, so I had to wash it out immediately. If it didn't hurt so much I would probably use it! Everything else is great, it wipes off all the waterproof and all...but the only downside is the pain in the eyes.

Just to use up all of the product I've been wiping my face with it instead of my eyes.
I don't recommend using this for your eyes, but your face!

Michelle Phan has recently released her amazing make-up line called em. I told you guys that I got a sample of the products in the glam bag! It was one of those paper samples not anything fancy. Well, I tried it out today and it's incredible!
All of the colors including the blush are super pigmented and long lasting. I can compare them to the Naked Palette! They are very high quality products! I would definitely purchase the full size next time I want to splurge on something.

These pictures are taken after I used them in the morning.

I can probably put the products on a couple more times before I throw them out because it was a decent  size sample.

I recommend em's eyeshadows and blush! If you guys have the money to purchase them I say GO FOR IT! Try her products, I mean she's a beauty guru after all.....
